Free Resource: CDC Milestone Tracker App

Every parent constantly wonders if their kid is performing the behaviors that are deemed normal for their age group, especially in the infant and toddler years.

“Asher purposely bangs his head on the floor. Is that normal?”

“Ava won’t eat anything but cereal and pasta. Is she normal?”

With the CDC’s free Milestone Tracker app, you can keep track of your child’s developmental milestones from 2 months through 5 years. Parents can add multiple children to the app to track brothers or sisters as they come along, too.

In addition to the milestone tracker, the app also has photos and videos to show what milestones look like, tips & activities, an appointment tracker and tips for when to act early if you are concerned with your child’s development.

The app is available for both Apple and Android. Learn more about it here.
